This is for the woman who feels stuck in the loop also known as a self-sabotage pattern.
What truths are you avoiding?
How does coping with (junk food, booze, self sabotage) help you feel better?
Describe in detail how this transaction occurs…
Are you ready to assume full responsibility for your behaviors?
Are you aware that raising your consciousness provides you with choice?
Are you willing to accept that your reality is based on your thinking patterns?
Are you open to shifting your thoughts so you can experience your environment differently?
Now, answer this honestly… are you truly doing your best?
Have you set yourself up with the necessary tools, environment, and STRATEGY to allow you to succeed?
In other words, do you know what you don’t know, and do you have the information you need accessible to learn?
Are you showcasing your achievements and rewarding yourself?
Are you loving and accepting yourself as you are in THIS moment, so you can guide yourself to the next?
Would you want others to see you perform these unwanted habits? Then why is it ok with YOU?
Your first concern should be YOUR OPINION …Who do you truly think you are hiding from? What parts about yourself are you having a hard time facing? This is how you start creating consciousness and accountability.
Your next steps:
There is either a limiting belief, unresolved trauma, or pain that’s causing you to feel “stuck”. Figure out what that is.
The unwanted habits are you subconsciously trying to balance your nervous system. Identify what those coping habits/undesired reactions are.
The unsexy solution to all of this? You must be willing to raise your awareness, identify your coping patterns, and be ready to face those triggers without stimulating/numbing and reverting back to the unwanted habits.
Want to start working on this today? Ask God to help you start raising your awareness and reveal what patterns He is ready to help you change. He is ready to help the women who feels stuck in the loop.
