How to Realign Your Life

It’s really hard living out of alignment with your truth isn’t it?
What I mean is, it’s tough knowing you are willingly choosing to live beneath your potential. You feel your heart begging you to change, take action, and follow your dreams…BUT your brain pumps the brakes with fear and uncertainty the second you start to make a decision.

You create all of these narrative and excuses as to why you need to wait, delay, and keep pushing back making the changes you need to make. Usually they have to do with other people and things outside of us.

Can I let you in on a coaching secret I tell my students? You aren’t pushing back the healthy lifestyle and success- you WANT THAT! You are pushing back the fear of failure, the “what-if’s”, and ultimately, you are avoiding addressing the PAIN that pushed you to the bad habits in the first place. Maybe you know that once you choose to address this issue it is going to require a lot of emotional energy to process and you have convinced yourself that it feels easier in the moment to just keep doing what you’re doing.

That’s seriously all it is… and something tells me if you are here reading this- you already know that. Friend, no one likes to feel vulnerable, exposed, or ripped open- but that’s how we grow, that’s how we CHANGE. It’s called growing pains, personal development, and spiritual pruning. But that’s what molds, evolves, and shapes us into the women God created us to be.

You have plenty of self-control and self-discipline skills, but the WEIGHT FROM THE PAIN YOU REFUSE TO LET GO OF is overriding that judgment is causing you to live a life that doesn’t feel like yours.

I want you to ask yourself: if you were to watch the last week of your life on surveillance, what would you see? Would you be happy with your choices? Why or why not?

Make a list of the qualities and traits of the woman God created you to be. Then make a list of the things you need to change in order to become that woman. When you get really clear on that list, reach out. I would love to review it and see if we can make those changes happen together.
