I get a lot of messages from women that start like this:
“Kate I am struggling with my weight, stress eating, self-sabotage, lack of motivation…
-I don’t want to spend much money.
-I don’t want to go completely plant-based.
-I don’t want to do any of the “woo-woo” stuff.
….can you help me?”
Hunny bunny, can we just pause for a minute?
My question for you: do you REALLY want help?
Your problem isn’t your circumstances.
Are you willing to take full radical responsibility for your actions and behaviors? Are you willing to accept that your reality is a reflection of every👏 single👏 choice 👏you’ve made up until now.
Eating healthfully and moving your body are NOT hard.
What makes it FEEL hard is how you choose to think about it.
If you want to start FEELING better and working through your unwanted habits, routines, and thought loops, then you have to start THINKING as if you’re already the women you want to be.
I get it – it does sound kinda woo woo. It sounds kinda deep. That’s because it is.
It’s called doing the work.
You cannot expect to keep thinking and acting the same way and get different results.
I struggled WAY too long with this to sugar coat the facts. I needed to accept this truth to start changing – and if you take this advice, you will too.
Need some motivation to get you started?
