2020 is almost over and the stress that we feel during the holidays is starting to creep in. As we start to get out our stored decor and fill our homes with all the holiday things, I want to challenge you to think about how you actually feel. I challenge you to check in with yourself and really find out what makes you so anxious and discover ways to handle stress during the holidays.

Trust me, I LOVE the holidays, but all the energy and bustling about can quickly drain my reserves- not to mention all the other layer of crazy that has been this year of 2020.
