Let’s be real here for a second. How many people set “New Year’s Resolutions,” and then actually follow through with them past January. Not many, right? Sustainable lifestyle change is not something that happens over night. So rather than creating resolutions that we will miraculously begin to enforce on January 1, 2020, why don’t we begin setting intentions and preparing now for the new year?
Several small changes make the greatest impact. Rather than planning to get back into the gym for the first time in 3 years or cutting out all carbs, sustainable change is making small minuscule changes that create a mindset shift. Start with these over these last months of 2020 and watch as these create a snowball effect that carries over into making 2021 your greatest year, yet!
