This month I am claiming August as the AFFIRMATION month. Working on our self talk is something I think we all aspire to, but rarely implement consistently.
To make it simple for you, I want you to do a little mindset work with me right now. If you can, read the following to yourself out loud or screenshot and save them for later.
Repeat after me:
I monitor my thoughts and actions with active awareness
I check in with myself to regulate my emotions and mood
I am completely unattached to any outcomes, I am adaptable
I am fully accountable/responsible for my health and happiness
How did those feel?
I hope you know they are all absolutley true, and you deserve to take a moment and remind yourself each day.
