How to Take Action

If you are feeling the nudge to take action but lost as to which way to go…

What circumstances or feelings are you laboring right now?
Where are you craving connection, fulfillment, and security?

These are important questions to recenter on when you wake up in that negative headspace. I also want to give you
some GOOD NEWS about why you’re becoming increasingly aware of and sensitive to your environment. Want to
know the real reason you feel stuck?? It means you are contemplating or preparing for a lifestyle change. You just
haven’t figured out your plan or first steps yet. You’re likely a perfectionist and sometimes you tend to overanalyze
instead of taking action (that was def me so I get it). Either way, you are intending to start healthier behaviors in the
foreseeable future- and that is AWESOME!

 

You are recognizing that your behaviors may be problematic, and having more thoughts and consideration of the pros
and cons of changing these behaviors. You may still feel not quite ready to take action, but you are 110% ready to
feel better and realize a lot of this is going to be up to you. Or, maybe you ARE ready to take action, even TODAY.
You know and believe changing your behaviors will lead to a healthier life- and you know you are capable of making
these changes. If that’s you, ask yourself what small first steps you can take to start working on this today.

Last bit of advice today: if you are feeling the nudge to take action but lost as to which way to go, I use this prayer:
“Father, thank you for revealing these items you want me to work on and release to you. I am ready to begin this
process with your help. Please show me my next steps and guide me to the path you want me to take. Thank you
that I know you will give me the signs and confirmation I need to feel safe about these changes.” Amen.
