You can absolutely thrive eating a whole food plant-based diet, but you also need to ensure that you are getting adequate energy, nutrients, and properly supplementing when necessary.

There is a LOT of false info out there!
The internet is FULL of bad diet plans and advice. Even influencers/YouTubers who have the best intentions and share what they believe to be true (to the best of their knowledge) can get things wrong.

Again, listen to YOUR body and YOUR heart. If something doesn’t seem or feel right, it likely isn’t!
