Date Night Recipe | Dessert Rice Cakes

We are about to redefine “date night.”

This little snack attack treat is the perfect fix for your sweet tooth (and very nutritious!).

All you need is

  • peanut butter powder (the one I use here) OR regular peanut butter
  • cacao nibs
  • pitted Medjool dates
  • rice cakes (optional) for a heartier snack


Assembly:

  1. prepare peanut butter powder (or regular peanut butter)
  2. spread the peanut butter over a rice cake
  3. top with chopped dates and cacao nibs


BOOM! Delicious and nutritcious!
