We are about to redefine “date night.”
This little snack attack treat is the perfect fix for your sweet tooth (and very nutritious!).
All you need is
- peanut butter powder (the one I use here) OR regular peanut butter
- cacao nibs
- pitted Medjool dates
- rice cakes (optional) for a heartier snack
- prepare peanut butter powder (or regular peanut butter)
- spread the peanut butter over a rice cake
- top with chopped dates and cacao nibs
BOOM! Delicious and nutritcious!
With a recipe as easy as this, you can make date night every night!
