Ladies, we can always keep learning and developing.
One way I do this is by reading a personal development book for 10-15 minutes each day before bed.
Instead of scrolling through my phone at night watching others live the life I want to create, I take action by reading and learning new skills and techniques that propel me closer towards the person I want to become.
