Gingerbread French Toast

What’s better than gingerbread AND french toast? GINGERBREAD FRENCH TOAST! I mean look at it!

Gingerbread French Toast Recipe

  • 3-4 slices bread of your choice
  • The “wash” for the bread:
    • ⅓ cup low-fat coconut milk
    • Cinnamon
    • Nutmeg
    • Ginger
    • 1 tsp maple syrup
    • Pinch of salt
    • 2 tbsp oat or coconut flour

 

Dip bread in the wash to coat each side and grill on medium heat until golden brown.

Top with maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, raisins, and coconut flakes.
