What’s a negative thought you’re willing to cross off the list today?

Let’s do a little exercise to shift our language…

“I am SO ______ for this!”
“I’m getting better at_____!”
“I love my _____!”
“Today, ______ is feeling easier to me.”

I challenge you to really implement this correction over the next couple of days.
Watch how your mindset subtly starts to shift.
