Plant Based Stir Fry Recipe

Dinner’s on me tonight, babe!

Who doesn’t love a good stir fry??

These types of meals are staples in my house.
So much goodness, flavor, nutrients, and it’s SUPER QUICK + EASY!

Easy Stir Fry Recipe

What you need:

  • 1 serving white rice
  • 1 serving tofu extra firm
  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • sesame seeds
  • coconut aminos

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice ahead.
  2. Grill broccoli, peppers, and tofu with garlic, ginger, and onion powder on medium/high heat for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Layer on top of rice and drizzle with coconut aminos and sesame seeds.
