Cacao Chip Balls Recipe

Combine all ingredients in processor:
1 cup cacao or carob powder
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup PB powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups oats
5-6 pitted medjool dates
1/3 cup coconut nectar

Pulse until well blended (if mixture needs moisture add more nectar),  AND then add:
1/2 cup cacao nibs and 1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts.

Continue pulsing until all is mixed in. Place mixture into container with parchment paper. Let mixture stand in fridge for 30 minutes, then form/roll into 1 inch balls. Coat in shredded coconut flakes (and/or more hazelnut pieces) and place balls back into container and chill in fridge for another hour before serving.

*Can be frozen up to 2 months.
